Morcan's Designs was started in Northeast Ohio. It was the founder's personal love of faux and fresh flowers that drive her to provide the ultimate combination of quality and beauty.

When paying by money order and cashiers check, your order will be shipped once payment has been received.

30% of total order will be retained for orders cancelled

Orders are shipped using USPS, FedEX and UPS.

The colors of any rose, trim or other product compared to actual product may vary depending on computer hardware and software used to view the product, and ribbon dye lot variations. Morcan’s Designs is not responsible for colors not matching the exact intended use and does not accept returns on this basis.

If the roses or other product is defective, please email us at MorcansDesigns@gmail.com with details or call us at Phone number: 1 330 366 6096 within 48 hours of receipt of the product to obtain a defective product return authorization code. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION CODE from Morcan’s Designs.

Cleaning and Care Instructions

Extend your rose to their full length as the stems are flexible. To shorten, you may cut your roses to the desired length.

Place marbles or pebbles in the bottom of a vase to provide the best support.

DO NOT IMMERSE IN WATER.

Dust with feather duster. Use a silk flower cleaning spray; which, dissolves dust on contact without wiping.
